In 2015, HPF expanded its services beyond housing counseling and foreclosure prevention. HPF now provides a comprehensive approach to financial well-being, which includes advice on budgeting, homeownership vs. renting, loan products and support with long-term financial stability.

In 2017, HPF entered into a strategic affiliation with GreenPath Financial Wellness effectively expanding services, providing added efficiencies, and extending its reach and capacity to guide people to sustainable homeownership.
